Metropolitan Opera Extends Deadline By One Week Before Possible Lockout

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — The show will go on — at least for now — at the Metropolitan Opera.

A lockout between the Met’s administration and workers was expected to start Sunday, but it’s been delayed by a week, CBS 2 reported.

The Met agreed to have an independent analyst come in to examine the books.
