Critics say SketchFactor app promotes racism

NEW YORK (WABC) -- A new app is raising some eyebrows.

It's called SketchFactor.

It lets users share experiences about any block they come across, but critics say it could spread racism.

Walking down a block in any city, you're bound to see something sketchy at some point.
