Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he’ll leave it up to the campaigns on whether he’ll participate in debates with his political foes, declining to say whether he’ll do them.
“I’ll leave that to the campaigns to work out and whatever they decide,” Cuomo told reporters at the State Fair today.
