Astorino Assistant Resigns Following DWI Arrest

An assistant to Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino, the Republican nominee for governor, resigned this morning following a DWI arrest earlier this week.

The resignation of Hugh Fox, the chairman of the Westchester County Conservative Party who earned a $99,100-a-year salary with the county, was accepted immediately, confirmed spokesman Ned McCormack.
