A new lawsuit has been filed to force the "Taxi of Tomorrow" to wait yet another day.
It aims to stop the mayor's plan for a new uniform model of environmentally sustainable taxis.
In the suit, the Greater New York Taxi Association and and a taxi medallion owner say the mayor's plan is forcing them to buy a car they don't want.
The "Taxi of Tomorrow" is a new Nissan NV-200 model that officials say will work better for riders and drivers.

Yes, they were gas hogs, but damned roomy and comfortable, and built right here in Michigan.
