Police officer testifies before Garner grand jury

Officer Daniel Pantaleo testified Friday before the 23-member Staten Island grand jury that will decide whether to charge him in the death of Eric Garner, Pantaleo's lawyer confirmed to Capital.

“He was very gratified that the grand jury seemed to be listening very intently to everything he said,” said Stuart London, the attorney who is representing Pantaleo.
