What's up with the NYS Affordable Care Act Website?

Has anyone here had occasion to use it?

2 and 1/2 hours down the drain last nite. I was helping a friend sign-up. The deadline is the 15th. I posted about it yesterday:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10025943591

Basically computer glitch after computer glitch. Reentering passwords, user id's, etc. The re-entries never seem (according to the site) to match the entries despite the fact that they are, in actuality, identical.

Phone people pass you from one department to another. The system shuts down at 8 pm. At 7:47 we warily called back ... expecting they might not like a call that close to closing time (but whatareyagonnado?).... for one last shot.

"Navigator" asks for our phone # in case we get disconnected. We give navigator the phone #. We then get disconnected.

No one calls back.

So..... what are we to conclude?

Anyone else here use the site?
