NY Senate Leader Dean Skelos, Son Arrested Amid Federal Corruption Probe

New York State Senate leader Dean G. Skelos and his son were arrested Monday on federal corruption charges, sources familiar with the case tell NBC 4 New York.

The pair were seen turning themselves in at the FBI offices in lower Manhattan Monday morning. Charges against Skelos, 67, and his 32-year-old son, Adam B. Skelos, are expected to be announced when a criminal complaint filed by federal prosecutors is unsealed.
