H.H.C. reports possible data breach

New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation has notified tens of thousands of patients that their protected health information may have been improperly accessed when a former Jacobi Medical Center employee emailed that information to her new employer, an unidentified city agency that works closely with H.H.C.
