Final Televised Democratic Mayoral Debate Tonight

By: Courtney Gross

Primary Day is one week away, and the five leading Democratic candidates for mayor are set to face off one last time tonight in a televised debate.

Christine Quinn, Anthony Weiner, Bill de Blasio, Bill Thompson and John Liu will debate for 90 minutes on WNBC.

Only an hour of the debate will be televised.

The last half hour will be available online.

Political observers say the surging de Blasio should brace himself for a tough night.

de Blasio for me. Quinn is too close to Bloomberg. hrmjustin Sep 2013 #2
de Blasio is over 40% now. May not be a runoff. hrmjustin Sep 2013 #3

I don't trust her. I see by the polls she might not get into the runoff. Might be de Blasio and Thompson.
