Interesting: voters approved five other ballot propositions, but apparently rejected the one on judicial retirement: http://nyenr.elections.state.ny.us

1. Dammit all!

Four out of six turned out the way I didn't vote.

2. The Capitol region did not like the casino ballot.

The southern tier did.

I did not like the precedent that 4 and 5 set. These issues should not be settled in the ballot box but the courts.

5. If voters were just reading these as they walked in to vote, I don't think they thought much

I made sure that I knew what I was voting for before I went to vote. These were too much to take in right on the spot...

10. I felt pretty strongly about all of them, especially voting no on gambling and the "land grab(s)"

I voted yes on the four others and so did anybody else that I asked about it. Of course, this is not the most populous part of the state.

20. That is very likely. Fracking is not popular around here

Though I thought the governor placed a moratorium on fracking.

22. The moratorium is complicated. It is a mix of local and state officials saying no.

I can certainly support that.

the vote. It is a close district but he is popular.
