East Harlem accident leaves at least 1 dead

NEW YORK (WABC) -- One person has been killed and four others have been injured after an accident between a cab and a truck ended up with the truck jumping a curb on East 102nd street in Manhattan.

The accident happened at the intersection of 102nd Street and Park Avenue around 1:00 p.m.

The truck went onto the sidewalk and struck a 65-year-old woman who was pronounced dead at the hospital, officials said.
