Alec Baldwin stalker found guilty on all 5 counts

NEW YORK -- Canadian actress Genevieve Sabourin was found guilty Thursday on all five counts of stalking and harassment in the case involving Alec Baldwin.

Closing arguments were made before the judge rendered his verdict in the non-jury trial. Sabourin was sentenced to 210 days in jail, of which she'll serve two-thirds. She was also ordered to steer clear of Baldwin upon release.

Sabourin sobbed audibly as the prosecutor pointed to her conduct during the trial as proof that she is delusional and that she is a stalker.

He argued her conduct may be sad, but it was not justifiable, and he urged the judge to focus on what the defendant did, not what she meant by it.
