Hoosick Falls town supervisor arrested

HOOSICK FALLS - The Hoosick Falls Town Supervisor is under arrest.

State Police charged Keith Cipperly for official misconduct and falsifying business records in the second degree.

They say these charges stem from an incident where Cipperly filed papers with a bank, in his capacity as Supervisor of the Town, regarding a real estate transaction.

The papers contained false information.
