Got a foot of snow and it is 5F right now. The mayor was wrong to open schools.

1. 'Guess he/she will figure it out if parents keep their kids home..

Ours close for ice and heavy snow, but kids were walking to the bus stop, even in the double digit negative temperature spell we had, several weeks ago. I was a bit surprised by that, but then, I was having to do some work related things outside during all that as well.

Worse than the cold was the migraines that barometric pressure kept inducing.... Uggh.

Hope it passes soon, hrmjustin. We have had a couple of days of 60s and sun this week, but snow returns tonight.

2. Mayor de Blasio will get heat for his decision but we will get through it.
