Exclusive: ACS places man accused of sex crime to live with kids

Eyewitness News
NEW YORK (WABC) -- How could a 22 year old man with a history of violence, accused of a sex crime be placed in a building housing children awaiting foster care placement.

The building is operated by New York City's Administration for Children's services, which recently came under scrutiny after the death of a 4-year-old boy.

Investigative Reporter Sarah Wallace has the story which came to us thru an ACS whistleblower concerned about the safety of children who live in the same building as a volatile, emotionally disturbed 22-year-old man.

Nobody is saying that he should not receive care, it's just where he's placed that's the issue.

So much idiocy and evil is uncovered by a single person with a passion for justice and truth.
