It is almost impossible to overturn an arbitration ruling in court. The only grounds is conflict of interest or undisclosed relationship with a party. The courts can not review the law used by the arbitrator or the factual conclusions.

I have stopped recommending arbitration for my clients and have been moving for non-jury or bench trials.
