Gov. Cuomo Throws Cold Water On Mayor de Blasio's Call For a Separate NYC Minimum Wage

BY KEN LOVETT
Add another issue over which Gov. Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio are at odds.

Cuomo Tuesday morning through cold water on the mayor’s push for a separate city minimum wage that would be higher than the state floor.

Appearing on public radio’s “The Capitol Pressroom,” Cuomo told host Susan Arbetter that having different minimum wage requirements and tax rates throughout the state could create a “chaotic situation.”

De Blasio called for a separate city minimum wage in his state of the city address Monday.

Or did they let them go around the same time as they fired their fact-checkers?

Just publish any old thing, I guess.

Facts, schmacts.

As for the irrepressible Mr. Cuomo: Ugh.

Grampa Munster's dead. Otherwise I'd consider voting Green.
