Former NY Gov. David Paterson's New Job Is... Helping Others Find New Jobs

Paterson is becoming chief jobs officer of the Job Channel Network, an online hub that connects work-seekers with recruiters and companies.

“After a lifetime in the public eye in both government and the private sector, I believe the single thing that people from all walks of life share is the need for a job,” Paterson said in a Monday statement. “People across the country are trying to find jobs and the Job Channel Network will serve as one stop shopping for recruiters, corporations, companies and job seekers.”

The ex-governor is a founding member of the Job Channel Network, along with Joe Abrams, the co-founder of MySpace
