The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has a Family Assistance Center activated, and Red Cross volunteer mental health professionals are there to work with families.

The shelter housed by the Salvation Army and staffed by the Red Cross is still active and had approximately 60 people overnight.

Today a variety of city and nonprofit agencies will be working with the survivors to help them find housing and fill other needs.
