I grew up in Saratoga, where the racetrack is a huge draw in August. The horses are beautiful, loved to go to see them, and the city certainly benefits from unbelievable influx of tourism, but it also brings a very undesirable element to town, with all that money exchanging hands. When we were kids, my mother didn't worry all that much about me, but during August she wouldn't let my little brother go around the block... 
I don't get it, but I know that it exists.
But it's far from worth it. There are more than enough of them already, and they attract exactly the wrong people. 
I admit to not always being up to speed on local news...
And did she swear at you? She gives herself away every single time because she always turns nasty...
She must be a pretty miserable person, though not nearly as scary as he-who-must-not-be-named...
She was already well known here when I was a mod...
She often uses obvious names, but if she gets a post or two in, she can't help getting nasty and that trips her up every time... 
She just can't seem to manage to keep her temper in check.
And I know who the other one is, definitely someone with a problem. 
There is something really wrong there.
Like he can't help himself. I think he needs some kind of professional help that he's not going to find here...
I often wonder why our repeat offenders can't seem to help repeating the same destructive behaviors...
