Old Domino Sugar plant will bring close to 1,000 jobs to Williamsburg Waterfront, according to city

JENNIFER FERMINO

The old Domino sugar refinery — on the cusp of a long-delayed, $1.5 billion development plan — could bring nearly 1,100 permanent jobs to the Williamsburg waterfront when complete, according to a new report by the city.
