Teen who climbed One World Trade Center due in court

NEW YORK (WABC) -- The New Jersey teenager who made it to the top of One World Trade Center is due in court Wednesday.

Sixteen-year-old Justin Casquejo, of Weehawken, was arrested after his stunt on March 16.

Police say he managed to squeeze through a 1-foot by 1-foot hole in the fence that surrounds the property and made it past security on his way to the spire.

He now faces jail time.
