Gov. Andrew Cuomo vetoed 483 items today in the state budget for the 2014-15 fiscal year, which started April.

The majority -- 328 vetoes -- were for so-called "dry" reappropriations, meaning the money had already been spent. Another 22 vetoes were for reappropriations that had balances less than $1,000.
