A dream come true for me - my book launch is next week at Quail Ridge!

Last edited Wed Jan 28, 2015, 11:32 AM - Edit history (1)

If anyone is in the area, Wed Feb 4 at 7 PM at Quail Ridge Books (Wade Ave, Raleigh), the "official" launch event for my book will take place. Stop by and say hello!

I have to say that since Dec 4 - the day that the first copy of the book arrived on my front porch, everything has been quite surreal...and not likely to get any less so for the coming year. Such fun, though! One only gets to go through all that goes along with their first book once!

My rather crazy upcoming schedule is here - http://nctomatoman.weebly.com/ - scroll to the events

but I will tell others, and let them know of this.

I have always loved Quail Corners. Great place to just take a break from the fast pace of life-- like some of the privately owned bookstores I knew of growing up.

I probably live quite close to you in my area of North Raleigh. My brother--who knows of you through many of your posts I have e-mailed to him and also your website, might live even closer--He-s off of Creedmore Rd. above 540 a bit. Towards Falls Lake.

Somehow, some way, we will be getting one or two of your books.

Even though we have rich soil with good drainage, we have a terrible time with tomatoes.

Congratulations on getting published! It's never been easy, and now it's even harder, so good on ya!
