So who should I be voting for in the primaries for congress?

I vote in the new 3rd congressional district in Columbus. It's supposed to be a Dem district, so whoever wins this primary has a good shot at winning in November.

So we have a primary on March 6.

These are the candidates:
Joyce Beatty http://beattyforcongress.com/
Ted Celeste http://tedceleste.com/index.html
Mary Jo Kilroy http://www.kilroyforcongress.com/menu-structure/about/about-mary-jo
Priscilla Tyson http://www.electtyson.com/news.html

I looked at all their websites. None of them have anything of substance relating to issues or policies.
How am I supposed to figure out who to vote for?
Any suggestions?

Ted Celeste is a long time legislature in the Ohio House and Senate

Joyce Beatty, like Ted Celeste, comes from a political family.

I always make a point of going to as many events as I can, to see who the candidates are and what they have to say.
