With NY. NJ, CT all fully re-opening, PA's hand was kind of forced given the large population in eastern PA that would have plenty of options outside of the state. Masks will be dropped when vaccinations reach 70%

1. I approve of that 70% threshold.

Hope it motivates more people to get vaccinated. Although I suspect that the non-maskers are also non-vaxxers, sadly.

Getting to 70% is another +/-1M adults and very likely to met by Memorial Day.
