Pa. man charged after allegedly screaming at cars, exposing himself
An Easton man is being charged with indecent exposure after allegedly exposing himself to a city police officer.
The incident happened shortly after 2 p.m. Friday in the first block of North Fourth Street. City police said Martin Nathanuel Montgomery, 29, who lives on North Fourth Street, was found screaming at passing motorists and causing a disturbance to patrons outside businesses.
When an officer approached Montgomery, he allegedly pulled down his pants and exposed his genitals, police said.
Montgomery also is charged with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned Friday before District Judge Robert Christian Weber, who set bail at $10,000. In lieu of bail, Montgomery was taken to Northampton County Prison, where he remained Monday.
