2. Important for everyone to remember.

I am working with young people in my neighborhood, trying to get them interested. They just don't see the relationship between their lives and who is elected---but I am a pit bull about it. I have to keep this date in mind for the few who are not committing to registering yet.

Make sure they register to vote with exact same name as is on their driver's license.

to the exact name on my license, just in case. Who thought that I would have to worry about proving who I am!

I got my new voter registration card but my husband and daughter haven't yet received theirs. Here's hoping theirs arrive soon.
