Amount of fracking in US greatly depends upon Federal Govt. decisions on gas exports

Lots of info. in this AP article. There are political disputes about how fast the federal government should be approving new facilities to export liquefied natural gas, and how large exports could raise prices in the US, and cause a second big wave of fracking activity.
