I heard on the radio that Nimrata (aka Nikki) wants to lower state income tax by some huge

amount. I think a billion and change.

Does it occur to her and other Republicans and low-information voters that if you cut taxes, you have to cut services,
or else you have to make up the money in some other way? How does she propose to do that?
