Got an email from Wendy seeking volunteers -

I think I'm going to do it. I have 2 school aged kids now so I'm relatively busy (it was easier in 2008 with a baby - put him in the stroller and go!) but at the very least I could make phone calls for the campaign. Will give me something positive to do in 2014. Anyone else signing up? I am in the Houston area.

I will also volunteer for the Davis campaign but I expect there to be some overlap. The Battleground people are working very closely with the Davis campaign

I can't wait! I volunteered for Annise Parker's campaign and really enjoyed it.
