Blue Bell expanding into Vegas due to popular demand

Soon, Texans in Las Vegas will be able to drown their gambling-loss sorrows with a taste of home. Blue Bell Ice Cream has unveiled plans for a distribution center near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Nevada.

Blue Bell will begin being sold in Las Vegas after March 3, when the operation opens for business. According to Blue Bell reps, they will be offering all the usual flavors to Las Vegans.

Why Nevada?

Harold Gilson, regional manager for Blue Bell, says that the company received many requests from consumers and grocery store managers to bring the brand to Nevada.

1. I have seen it here in AZ too.

I first learned about it when the oil spill happened in the gulf. I was obsessively trying to watch the fix efforts on dial up and following a message board full of oil workers discussing the events live. One guy was kind of known for his love of Blue Bell ice cream so it stuck with me. Should I give it a try?

I used to really like Breyers natural vanilla but they ruined it and it is the same gummy stuff as all the rest now.

You still get and honest Half-Gallon, not like other brands. Also, if you love Coffee (not Mocha) Ice Cream, then Blue Bell is the only way to go.
