El Paso proves communism works, says House rep who appeared to eat his own ear wax
Poor Joe Garcia. Maybe in another universe, the Florida congressman would just be a Democrat who praised communism.
Instead, Garcia is now that Democrat who praised communism and appeared to eat his own ear wax.
During a Google Hangout session, Garcia discussed the U.S.-Mexico border and said El Paso was the safest city in America, despite its proximity to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
“Two of the safest cities in America are on the border with Mexico,” he said. “Of course, the reason is we’ve proved that communism works. If you give everybody a good government job, there is no crime.”
