and their corrupt AG's. Apparently these guys are just plain stupid. Pay to Play model always leads to three squares and a cot at the local prison farm. Utah is in the midst of this same garbage,Shurtlef and Swallow being indited on umpteen counts of money laundering wire fraud and intimidation. Through the years I've noticed a distinct pattern of malfeasance by Rethug controlled states and many local Governing bodies or Government units on the state levels. Just so damn blaring and people keep buying into their shit, must be the Stockholm Syndrome or some other undefined sickness that needs to be eradicated.

Saw this on Facebook today from one of my Democratic groups:

I had a conversation with a friend of mine who consistently votes Republican. She sounded confident Greg Abbott was going to win citing the latest polls. She didn't say which poll, but it was the day the UT/Texas Tribune poll came out. Then, I get an email from Aimee, who I met through my involvement with Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas. She illustrates some perspective: Ask Lt Gov. David Dewhurst how accurate Texas Tribune surveys are: Tribune had Dewhurst up by 6 points. He lost by 13. Or, AG Nominee Dan Branch. Tribune had him up by 4 points. He lost by 11. Or, Comptoller Nominee Debra Medina. Tribune had her up by 15 points. She lost by 31. Or, Dem. Senate Nominee Kesha Rogers. Tribune had her up by 8 points. She lost by 26. So, my message is to stop listening to polls, and WORK LIKE HELL TO PROVE THEM WRONG YET AGAIN! BLOCK WALK AND PHONE BANK LIKE THE UNDERDOGS THAT WE ARE! WE HAVE GRIT AND POWER! USE THEM!
