Help needed *update*

Hi guys. I'm really not one to post online petitions, but this particular one is truly important to me. I need your help in saving a historic building from destruction in my city of Snyder, Texas. The Santa Fe rail depot was built in 1911 and is presently slated for destruction in a months time.

Fellow DU'ers i would genuinely appreciate your signature on this petition so we can save this historic building:

So I attended the rally today and about 50 people attened. Quite surprising for such a small town. Anyway, our local rethuglican state senator showed up on short notice and has promised to send a strong letter to BNSF. Apparently, BNSF, tried to pull a fast one on us and they were going to sneak in and squash the place Monday morning. Hopefully, we have won a temporary reprieve.

It looks like a building that should be saved. I hate the tearing down of old buildings and the killing of old trees for "progress."
