Two teenagers have been arrested as part of an investigation into vandalism at a McKinney home where Donald Trump signs cover the front yard.
McKinney police would not release the names of the teens -- who were arrested Tuesday -- because they are minors. They are accused of criminal mischief charges and criminal trespassing, said Sgt. Ana Shelley, a spokesperson for the police department.

Kimberly Loyd, the homeowner, said her support for the Republican presidential candidate isn't wavering, and her signs will remain, according to a report from CBS 11.
"This is tyranny. When someone comes into your property and destroys things because of a political opinion, we have issues far deeper than Clinton and Trump," she told CBS 11.

Anarchy? Someone might be able to make that case.
Tyranny? No, but it provides confirmation that some Trump voters aren''t very smart.

(111,141 posts)and somebody please tell poor, stupid Ms. Loyd that it would be tyranny if the government arrested her for having Trump signs but it's just witless teenagers engaged in witless teenage behavior when they're taken down and/or destroyed or defaced.
There is no law against being stupid, alas, and she's allowed to advertise her stupidity to the world as loudly as she wants to. Personally, I am grateful for the warning.

(2,673 posts)In Richardson, Texas, not far from McKinney, a Clinton supporter was having her Clinton signs stolen or vandalized. She kept putting out signs and someone poisoned her dog. Someone from the Trump's "basket of deplorables" did it. This is what is sick and evil.
