Driver charged in deadly church bus crash in Uvalde tested positive for drugs, violated bond

The driver accused of crashing into a New Braunfels church bus in Uvalde County last year, killing 13 people, has violated his bond conditions for having drugs in his system, court documents show.

Jack Young, 21, was indicted last year on 13 counts of manslaughter and intoxicated manslaughter, among other charges, for the March 29, 2017 crash.
