Family Of Student Killed In Santa Fe Brings Lawsuit

The parents of one student killed in a mass shooting at Santa Fe High School are suing the parents of the alleged gunman.

In a wrongful death lawsuit filed Thursday the parents of Christopher Jake Stone, Christopher Stone and Rosie Yanas, allege the parents of Dimitrios Pagourtzis “failed to properly secure their weapons” and negligently entrusted him with those weapons.

Police say Pagourtzis used his father’s shotgun and handgun in the attack that killed 10 people in May.

with 10 counts of murder and tried and face the death penalty in Texas. People might start securing their firearms.
