One thing O'Rourke might have helped do last night is facilitate an absolute wipeout of GOP incumbents at the Court of Appeals level in Texas. Of 32 contested races, Dems won 30, and took 15 seats from GOP incumbents.

He's vulnerable. He won't win next time around. His days are numbered.
