Texas kid scored 100 points in a game. And he's not even the best player in his family.

On the same night Jarrett Culver’s alma mater scored its biggest regular-season win in the history of Texas Tech, his older brother scored what is believed to be the most points in history by any player from a Texas college.

In what was an eventful evening of basketball in West Texas, Wayland Baptist senior guard J.J. Culver scored 100 points in a 124-60 win against Southwest Adventist on Tuesday night.

Shortly before that, Texas Tech defeated No. 1 Louisville 70-57 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Those familiar with the Culver name know J.J. is a beast, and he’s not even the best player in his family.
