Law enforcement responding to a reported active shooter situation in North Austin

Police, EMS responding to reported shots fired in North Austin

AUSTIN, Texas — Austin-Travis County EMS says they are responding to a reported active shooter situation in North Austin.

It's happening in the 10600 block of North Lamar near McPhaul St., south of Kramer Lane.

Austin Police and the Austin Fire Department are also responding.

APD says they received a call for shots fired.

Not another one. Probably some "freedom loving" anti-masker who's pissed off at having his Constitutional rights violated by someone requiring a mask in order to be served. Abbott got the entire state of Texas mad at the City of Austin for still requiring masks.

But I shouldn't speculate. It could be someone with a perfectly legitimate reason for going on a shooting spree.
