Virginia Dept. of Health Vaccine records

I found out today you can get a record from the state for your COVID vaccinations.

I answered some questions and was sent a text PIN and then downloaded a nice PDF with the state seal and my vaccine information including lot numbers. It is much more legible than the CDC card.

They apparently had my email and phone number in their database.
