Dems Hope to Turn VA's Red Statehouse Blue; Targeting 17 Seats to 'flip' in November
The 2018 national midterm elections are considered the first contest of the Trump Era. But some say it really begins now with Virginias vote in a few weeks. Republicans have long controlled the House of Delegates. But Democrats are hoping to flip districts that went for Hilary Clinton in 2016. Robbie Harris has this report from one of them, --- the 12th---- in southwest Virginia.
