Multiple sources say the jury is out to deliberate 6:40 pm EDT

Jacob Goodwin is accused of the August 12, 2017, beating of DeAndre Harris in the Market Street garage.

Jacob Goodwin is now awaiting closing arguments and jury instruction in his malicious wounding trial, after a judge denied his attorney’s motion to strike the charge.
