Question for cyclists, re: Burke-Gilman trail

So I'll be coming home in a few days, and I'm wondering: Did they ever finish repairing the Kenmore section of the Burke-Gilman trail? Last I remember, it was supposed to be finished in November, which then changed to December and then January. I rode it almost daily and hated the detour through Lake City way where bus drivers would get on my case for riding in the bus lane.
