'Do not come to campus:' Bellevue College shuts down campus after threat
BELLEVUE, Wash. – Bellevue College has closed its campus due to a threat.
Not much is clear as of 9:20 a.m. Friday but the school posted to its website saying the main campus is shut down, including all classes or activities.
“Do not come to campus,” the note states. “Police are investigating.”
The Bellevue Police Department did confirm it is investigating the threat against the school. A spokesperson with the police department said they are tracking down a suspect and "don't believe the threat is imminent."
