WA State Legislators can't get a speeding ticket

Per The Tacoma News Tribune: for the 15 days before a legislative session and the for the time that they are in session, a Washington State Legislator can not be ticketed. This was confirmed by both the Washington State Patrol and the Tacoma Police Department
