Washington state officials put down Mother bear, three cubs in North Bend
A North Bend mother bear and her three cubs were put down Wednesday night.
The Washington State Department of Fish & Wildlife (WSDFW) confirmed it has had issues with the mother bear in the past.
KOMO News is told the bear got into a parked van in North Bend after the driver unknowingly left his lunch inside.
The bear got stuck in the van and could not get out. WDFW confirmed it did end up putting the bear and her cubs down.
