So, I doubt I'll get much argument when I say that Tim Eyeman is a boil on the butt of Washington

but, have you noticed when he doesn't get his way, he just keeps hammering at the same things. If, by some idiocy, we decide that we don't want to label (not ban, just label) GMOs, can we pull a Tim Eyman and just keep getting it back on the ballot? I'll admit I know less about the vagaries of local politics than national, though I did vote to label GMOs.
